End of life care for people with learning disabilities… Are we prepared?

An event from Kingston And St Georges, Faculty Of Health, Social Care And Education in partnership with the charity, Palliative Care of People with Learning Disabilities.

The webinar will be of particular interest to anyone who is involved in supporting people with learning disabilities who are reaching the end of life, and those who are bereaved. That includes families, carers, health and social care staff, service providers and commissioners. People with learning disabilities are also warmly invited to attend, although not all of the talks or slides will be in accessible format.
This webinar is free of charge and open to anyone. It will also be recorded and made freely available online afterwards.
