Ace Anglia are working in co-production with different leisure providers to find out if people with disabilities go to the gym or if there are any barriers that stop them from going.
Ace Anglia are working in co-production with Everyone Active and they would like to find out what activities for people with disabilities would like to do at Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre.
Below, is a fillable survey that needs completing by 3rd December and sending back to Everyone Active.
