Explaining Mindfulness and the Five Things Exercise

This video is for anyone who may be feeling anxious or worried. 

It demonstrates a simple breathing exercise that you can learn and put into practice to make you feel more relaxed. This is one of a number of different videos showing different relaxation techniques.
