Keep Suffolk Safe

Local COVID alert levels set out information for local authorities, residents and workers about what to do and how to manage the outbreak in their area. Local COVID alert levels are sometimes called ‘tiers’ or known as a ‘local lockdown’.

Suffolk is in Tier 1, Medium. To help deliver clear messages locally, Suffolk County Council will produce a series of infographics. This is because lots of people have asked for clear, simple, consistent, trusted communications.

The first of these infographics, Keep Suffolk Safe, is available below.

A message from Suffolk County Council

“We need your help to share key messages about Covid-19 with family, friends, colleagues, community groups and any other networks that you have.  We need to reach as many people as possible to ensure they have the most up to date information available and to help avoid the confusion some people are feeling.

The web page that will host the Message Cascader information is available here: https://www.suffolk.gov.uk/coronavirus-covid-19/suffolks-response/message-cascaders/ While translated versions of this and other Covid-19 information is available here: https://www.suffolk.gov.uk/about/web-accessibility/interpreting-and-translating-services/covid-19-information-in-other-languages/

Anyone can be a Message Cascader, if you received this email indirectly and would like to go on our distribution list to receive new infographics as soon as they become available, please email message.cascaders@suffolk.gov.uk

How will you share – by social media, email, or printing out as posters? The more people we reach the more we can help keep our communities safe – these messages will help remind everyone how to do that. Be a Message Cascader and help us to Keep Suffolk Safe.
