Living Life to the Full

The Living Life to the Full website offers free online courses covering low mood, stress and resiliency. Work out why you feel as you do, how to tackle problems, build confidence, get going again, feel happier, stay calm, tackle upsetting thinking and more. Our courses are free for individuals using them in their own lives.

This website is for people living in the Suffolk area, who are registered with a local GP practice. If you are not living in Suffolk don’t worry, you can access the same resources by going to: www.llttf.com.

Members of the partnership are talking to the Clinical Commissioning Groups to see if there are ways to make the service more accessible to people with additional communication needs.

Welcome Module. Provides an overview of the course and how to use it.
