The Living Life to the Full website offers free online courses covering low mood, stress and resiliency. Work out why you feel as you do, how to tackle problems, build confidence, get going again, feel happier, stay calm, tackle upsetting thinking and more. Our courses are free for individuals using them in their own lives.

Members of the partnership are talking to the Clinical Commissioning Groups to see if there are ways to make the service more accessible to people with additional communication needs.
The Living Life course includes modules on:
Welcome Module. Provides an overview of the course and how to use it.

Facing fears and tackling avoidance. Face your fears step by step.
Say hi to your team. We all need support at times, don’t be strangers.
Getting a good night’s sleep. A key to a good day is a good night’s sleep.
