Item 1 – Screen your way to better health
- You said
- Where can you find the screening easy read documents?
- Response
- The screening easy read documents will all be uploaded to the Suffolk and North East Essex integrated care board website, and anybody can download or use them.
- You said
- How do we make sure that the GPs are aware of this useful resource?
- Response
- We need to get these in the GPs newsletter. We also need to promote in other places as it is easy to book yourself in for screening.
- You Said
- One person talked about an experience they had with cervical screening and said at the time she was overweight and at the time it hurt. Now she has lost weight she would like to try again?
- Response
- Jerry suggested that ACE contact the Cervical Screening team.
- Response
- Don’t forget that if you haven’t had your screening your GP will see when you go to your Annual Health Check. You should be invited to the screening without having to do anything yourself.

- Do you have a time frame of when you expect reasonable adjustment digital flag to start rolling out?
