The exhibition will be a showcase of work by mental health charity The Phoenix Project created by members of the group over lockdown, exploring a sense of place and presence and how creativity can improve well-being.

Open from Saturday 14th – Friday 20th August 10am-4pm each day on the top floor of the Ipswich Central Library.
As well as drawing, collage, painting, poetry and sculpture, we will have an audio sensory ‘chill out’ room sharing spoken word and photography around the theme of well-being.
