Planning for Emergencies: an online workshop

Learning Disability England, in partnership with Together Matters are running two workshops on support for family carers to make plans for the future.

About this Event

This session focuses on planning for emergencies which seems all the more important as the potential of another national lock down looms.

We will be focusing in this session on making a plan for emergencies. It will cover the gathering of essential information and how to begin to develop a network of people who might be able to help out.

You don’t need to have attended session one to come to this session. If you missed the first session we will be able to share a recording with you.

These workshops will be addressed to family carers of adults with a learning disability and/or autism to introduce ideas to help get started with planning for the future. People who support this group of family carers, including older family carers, and those who commission support for family carers are also welcome.
