Care Development East run a forum for registered managers and offers attendees the chance to network and share best practice. The network has been running since 2015 and meetings are held every other month between 10am and 2pm, with a networking lunch included. The structure of the meetings and the topics covered are all manager-led and Care Development East supports the facilitation of the group.
The network meetings aren’t only about guest speakers, it is also a great opportunity to share good practice with in the group and to discuss issues that may benefit from wider discussion. The meetings are informal and friendly and are held in a supportive environment.
