Day 2: Make a list of things you want to do this month

Many of us will still be processing the impact of the current month-long lockdown. As part of of our self-care calendar, please see the idea for Day 2: Make a list of things you want to do this month

This could be things you want to do yourself, or if you live with other people you could talk to them to plan some things together.

We will be giving some more details about some of these later in the month, but here are some ideas to get you thinking:

  • Exercise and keeping fit – how will you stay healthy during this lockdown?
  • Eating & drinking – what can you cook over the next 4 weeks? Can you learn some new skills or try new things?
  • Looking after your mental wellbeing – what are the things that keep you well? What are the things you enjoy doing? What makes you feel better when you’re not feeling your best?
  • Connecting with others – you may live with lots of people, or live on your own, whatever your situation it’s a good idea to stay in contact with other people – how will you do this?
