In addition to supporting parents and carers, Suffolk SEND service also provides information, advice and support to young people, and they want to find out the best ways to reach them directly.
Suffolk SEND has created a survey. The survey for young people is available in Easy Read too, and they also have a separate survey for practitioners:

The survey will close midnight 28th February.
