The Suffolk Joint Learning Disability Strategy exists to help make sure people with learning disabilities live good lives as part of their community, with the right support, at the right time, from the right people.
The Suffolk Joint Learning Disability Strategy re-fresh was co-produced with the wider Suffolk Learning Disability Partnership, consisting of family members, self-advocates, provider representatives, Adult Social Care and Health colleagues.
My Ordinary Life: Harriet Lucas
