Survey on Future of NHS Workforce

Survey for a workforce that works better for and with people with learning disabilities and / or autism.

Health Education England (HEE) want to make a new long-term plan for workers in health, education, and social care services. This is called a Workforce Strategy.

They want to include the views and ideas of people who use services, as well as the people who work in services.

Your answers to the survey questions will be anonymous – we are not asking for people’s names or any organisation’s name. This means that none of the answers can be linked to a single person or group.

Also, when you answer questions that ask about your experiences, please use people’s job roles, not their names. For example, “the diabetes nurse helped me…” or “my GP explained…”

The answers and ideas that we collect from everyone who takes part in the survey will help Health Education England to write their big plan.

If you want to tell us your experiences and ideas about the job roles and the skills of people who work in the health, social care and education services that you use, please take part in this survey. We need to receive your answers by 23rd September 2018.
