Primary Care Networks

Primary care networks are the new way for local health services to work together to treat populations of around 30-50,000. With the support of NHS England, primary care networks will help practices in England to achieve the objectives set out in the General Practice Forward View, the five year plan for general practice which began in 2016. Ace Anglia, Expert Networks: Health Network Meeting

Ace Anglia are setting up some new Expert Networks. These will support the workstreams of the Learning Disability Strategy to co-produce projects.
