LGBTQ+ An easy read guide

As part of the Leeds LGBTQ+ Health Inclusion Project, CHANGE produced an easy-read guide to being LGBTQ+ and what it means. Its aim was to help LGBTQ+ people who are also autistic, have a learning disability or mental health difficulties be involved in the health services they use. The Project was funded by a grant from the Government Equalities Office. It was run by Advonet, CHANGE and Yorkshire MESMAC. You can download a free PDF copy by clicking on the link below:
