Who are Gig Buddies?

Gig Buddies has been set up to enable people with learning disabilities to enjoy events within their communities, including live music!

Gig Buddies match up a volunteer, a Gig Buddy, and someone with a learning disability and then they both get to enjoy going to events together. They get to share their passion for music with each other and build a friendship through going out.

If you would like more information then Hannah, Gig Buddies project coordinator, will be available to talk to some events over the next few weeks:
