Youth Review Questionnaire

The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport is reviewing the programmes and services it supports for young people outside of school (including the National Citizen Service, youth clubs, youth volunteering opportunities and local sports/arts groups).

The government want to hear from as many young people as possible. This is so they can use your views to inform policies for young people and help decide what gets funded.

This questionnaire is aimed at young people ages 11-18, or up to 25 if you are someone with additional needs (for example Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).

The questionnaire has been developed in collaboration between The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport and young people from the Government’s Youth Steering Group and young inspectors.
